Who Kerrs? Yahoo Sports Parrots NBA Coaches’ Opinions on Riots

Posted on 07 January 2021

Don’t try to confuse the mind-numbed robots of the NBA and Yahoo Sports with the facts of election fraud that were the 2020 presidential election. Yahoo writer Jason Owens is convinced that Republican senators were blinded by baseless conspiracy theories while they were supporting a violent mob. NBA coaches Doc Rivers and Steve Kerr looked at Wednesday’s events and saw nothing but race. Owens said Kerr (appearing in above photo) delivered “a message for Republican senators who stoked the election conspiracy theories that sparked Wednesday’s insurrection.” Prior to his team’s basketball game Wednesday night, Kerr accused GOP Senators Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley and Marco Rubio of enabling the clamor for justice by an angry mob.: “I wish that people like Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and Josh Hawley had to do pregame media before they met in Congress,” Kerr said. “It would be great for them to answer the question: ‘Are you happy now? Do you keep moving the line back? Does this change anything? Are you going to continue to enable?’” Owens explained why Kerr singled out the three Republican senators. Hawley is “a Trump loyalist” from Missouri who was the first senator to indicate he would object to the counting of electoral college votes “that confirm President-elect Joe Biden as Trump’s successor. Hawley cited baseless election theories spouted by Trump that votes in some states that went for Biden were invalid.” Sen. Hawley was seen supporting the mob Wednesday and when Congress resumed its session after the shootings he “declined to retract his objection”, Owens added. Sen. Cruz was also shamed as a Trump loyalist who “vowed before the attack to object to the electoral college vote count." Sen. Rubio “floated a baseless conspiracy theory on election day that supported Trump’s attempt to delegitimize the election.”  Kerr, who has in the past denounced President Trump and praised “phenomenal” and “heroic” high school students who marched for gun control after the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 2018, also took on America’s men and women in blue Wednesday night. Owens set up Kerr’s remarks by saying he addressed “the discrepancy in how police dealt with the mostly white rioters on Wednesday compared to the systemic violence endured by Black Americans at the hands of law enforcement.” Kerr stated: “What you’re seeing today is a reminder that there’s a huge difference. … We all understand there would’ve been guns ablaze and fire ablaze right now if there were Black people protesting. … Nothing is going to change until we acknowledge there is a huge difference in how Black people are treated in regards to law enforcement.” Kerr’s fellow leftist and NBASJW Coach Rivers also played the race card, receiving cover from the blithering idiots at Yahoo for these incendiary remarks.: “I’ll say it because I don’t think a lot of people want to, could you imagine today if those were all Black people storming the Capitol and what would’ve happened? So that to me is a picture that’s worth 1,000 words for all of us to see and probably something for us to reckon with again. No police dogs turned on people, no billy clubs hitting people, people peacefully being escorted out of the Capitol. So it shows that you can disperse a crowd peacefully, I guess, would be the one thing.” It was also fitting in the wacky world of social justice that the Warriors and Clippers teams disrespectfully took a knee prior to their game Wednesday. All in all, it was another thoroughly rotten day for the NBASJW and left-stream sports writers.
