ABC Ignores Own Poll Numbers Showing Obama’s Lowest Approval Rating

Posted on 29 April 2014

Tuesday’s World News ignored ABC’s own poll showing President Obama’s lowest approval rating of his presidency. ABC gave a scant 18 seconds to the numbers on Good Morning America earlier that day.

Voters also preferred a Republican Congress in this year’s election. As ABCNews.com reported, “Registered voters by 53-39 percent in the national survey say they’d rather see the Republicans in control of Congress as a counterbalance to Obama’s policies than a Democratic-led Congress to help support him.”

Posted on 29 April 2014

During Tuesday morning’s edition of  the Fox & Friends program, conservative radio host Laura Ingraham hammered the lack of political fallout over secretary of state John Kerry’s remarks that Israel could become an “apartheid” state if that nation doesn’t adopt “a two-state solution” to achieve peace with their Palestinian neighbors.

“He’s kind of apologized,” Ingraham noted before stating that on the other hand, the Left “rushes to demonize people who are either Republican or conservative who misspeak.”

NBC Warns: Supreme Court ‘Opens the Door Even Wider for Unlimited Money in Politics’

Posted on 03 April 2014

On Thursday’s NBC Today, White House correspondent Peter Alexander decried Wednesday’s Supreme Court ruling striking down some campaign finance restrictions: “So just consider this, in just twelve year from the 2000 elections to those in 2012, total campaign spending in this country doubled from $3 billion to $6.3 billion. And the Supreme Court ruling now opens the door even wider for unlimited money in politics that has obviously already skyrocketed.” [Listen to the audio or watch the video after the jump]

Alexander assumed viewers agreed with that liberal narrative: “And you thought there was already too much money in politics. Fasten your seat belts. From now on, there’s gonna be a whole lot more. The Supreme Court struck down a decades-old campaign law…”

Networks Spotlight Medal of Honor Recipients Under Obama; Ignored Heroes During Bush

Posted on 18 March 2014

On Tuesday, all three broadcast network evening newscasts devoted full reports to President Obama honoring 24 members of the military – only three still living – with the Medal of Honor. CBS Evening News anchor Scott Pelley trumpeted how the President “righted a historic wrong. He presented the nation’s highest military award to 24 Americans, after a review determined that they had been passed over because they were Hispanic or African-American or Jewish.” [video below the jump]

However, during the fifth year of former President George W. Bush’s presidency, the Big Three channels furiously covered the allegations against several U.S. Marines, who were accused of killing civilians in Iraq in November 2005. Between May 17 and June 7, 2006 – a three week period – ABC, CBS, and NBC devoted three and a half hours of air time to the accusations of misconduct. These same networks aired only 52 minutes of reporting on 20 military heroes from the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq during a five-year period between September 2001 and June 2006.

New York Times Displays Pretzel Logic Defending ObamaCare’s Latest Woes

Posted on 07 February 2014

As Sarah Jean Seman at Townhall.com adroitly points out: “The 2.5 million workers that will be driven out of the workforce due to Obamacare is actually ‘a liberating result of the law,’ in the eyes of The New York Times.”

Seman went on to quote what perhaps is the most absurd, twisted logic in the entire February 5 editorial by the Times:

Politically Correct Piers Morgan Fall Prey to Political Correctness in Furor Over Transgenderism

Posted on 06 February 2014

Piers Morgan was left aghast on his CNN program on Wednesday over “being viciously abused by the transgender community,” in his words, over an interview he conducted with Janet Mock the previous evening. Mock, who claims transgendered status, expressed outrage on Twitter over the way Morgan handled the LGBT issue, which led to the CNN host receiving a “firestorm” of criticism from left-wing activists online.

Morgan brought Mock back on for a second interview, and repeatedly whined that he shouldn’t have been “vilified” by the supporters of the author (whose book is titled “Redefining Realness: My Path to Womanhood, Identity, Love & So Much More”) because he has been an “open supporter” of the LGBT activists’ agenda: [video below the jump]

School officials deeply troubled over guns appearing ON SIGNS BANNING GUNS

So, in Dear Leader’s hometown of Chicago, still led by feudal warlord Rahm Emmanuel, if guns are illegal, and pictures of guns on the warning stickers are too emotionally scary, how do you notify citizens who can’t read cursive that they cannot have a “thing” on the premises?

In a related situation, arson and wildfires are illegal, but pictures of bears are emotionally disturbing to me and cause me to be afraid. What is the government going to do to placate me? I’m entitled to compensation!

Even the ‘View’ Crew Are Shocked By Dire ObamaCare News: Is It the ‘End’ of the Law?

Posted on 05 February 2014

Even the liberal hosts of The View seemed to understand just what a PR nightmare the President is facing after a Congressional Budget Office report declared that ObamaCare will likely cost the U.S. 2.3 million jobs. A graphic for the “hot topics” segment on Wednesday screamed, “The end of ObamaCare?’ Whoopi Goldberg hyped, “There’s a new bombshell, a new congressional report is landing right on top of ObamaCare.” [See video below. MP3 audio here.]

Unsurprisingly, veteran journalist Barbara Walters attempted to defend Obama, citing presidents such as Harry Truman and Jimmy Carter who previously attempted universal health care. Walters sputtered, “This is — I don’t know what — the mountain that they can’t climb and reach the top. Every president has tried.” But it was a non-political guest host who dismissed Walters’s liberal defense.

President to Make Congress More Free

Obama_Executive_Orders.jpg
Obama_Executive_Orders.jpg

President B. Husseinovich Obama today vowed to bring more freedom to members of the United States Congress, both House and Senate, by relieving them of the stress and hard work of legislating to create new laws.

“Just as Obamacare has freed up Americans by providing them with cheaper health insurance and no more need to hold a job, I will act on my own to bring more freedom to the hard-working members of our Congress!” stated the president as he headed to the golf course for some much deserved relaxation.

Comrade Representative Sheila Jackson Lee said that she and her Democrat colleagues have been busy getting executive orders ready for the president to turn into law.

“It’s our number one priority,” said the Congresswoman, “And we’ve got thousands of them ready to go and many more coming in the next three years.”

Members of the press reported feeling tingles in various parts of their bodies as they listened to the president explaining how he’s taking the necessary steps to continue in his ongoing effort to bring more and more freedom to America.
