Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell on Wednesday zinged Hillary Clinton and we are here for it!
Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed to the Supreme Court Monday — on Hillary Clinton’s 73rd birthday.
Cocaine Mitch decided to rub it in this week as he delivered remarks in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
“It was a wonderful birthday present for Hillary Clinton to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court Monday night on her birthday. Oh I’m sure she was so grateful,” McConnell said to cheers.
McConnell vowed to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court before the election and he delivered.
Minutes after the Senate voted to confirm Amy Coney Barrett Monday evening, McConnell filed cloture on the nomination of James Ray Knepp II of Ohio to be District Judge for the northern district of Ohio.
