This was absolutely inhumane.

A group of teens were caught on video stomping on a 15-year-old girl in New York City.

The NYPD posted the video online asking for help identifying the criminals.

The girl was reportedly approached by the teens and then punched and kicked to the ground.  The group of over a dozen young men then stomped on the girl while she was on the ground.
