For the last two weeks Adam Schiff and Democrat House Managers lied, smeared and slandered President Trump on the US Senate floor.
They presented no proof of presidential misconduct at the impeachment trial in the US Senate.
All they brought were smears, lies and insults.
Ted Cruz told FOX News on Tuesday morning that Adam Schiff was a talented trial lawyer.
Other Republicans have been mostly silent or accepting of this horrible political stunt.
A couple Republican senators like Senator Lisa Murkowsky and Senator Rob Portman released statements lecturing President Trump for his innocent call with Ukraine!
And Chief Justice Roberts sat on his hands as Democrats hurled nasty insult after nasty insult at President Trump.
But Roberts did spring to action and refuse to allow a question on the anti-Trump CIA whistleblower.
On Monday in his closing argument Adam Schiff repeatedly slandered and smeared President Trump on Senate Floor for being a cheat and an attempted cheat.
Once again this was without any proof or evidence!
