Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was hospitalized Tuesday with an infection.

According to FOX News — Ginsburg, 87, underwent non-surgical treatment for acute cholecystitis, a benign gallbladder condition, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Maryland.
