Darraji is accused of strangling his ex-wife and setting her body on fire.
Bond was set at $1 million after his ex-wife’s body was found in a burning car.
Former Department of Social and Health Services translator Arwa Burke says the murder was an honor killing.
Darraji had threatened to murder his ex-wife for years.
