WATCH NOW: Over 30,000 People Watching Livestream From The Area 51 Raid

Posted on 20 September 2019

A livestream from YouTubers at the viral Area 51 raid has consistently had over 30,000 viewers throughout Thursday evening and into early Friday morning.

The crowds at the secretive US Air Force Base, around 80 miles from Las Vegas, are part of a viral Facebook event called “Storm Area 51: They Can’t Stop All of Us” that urged people to storm the secretive base in search of aliens on September 20. A small nearby motel called the Little A’Le’Inn was also hosting a music festival for those who arrived.

Some of those who had gathered at the festival broke off late on Thursday evening to go to “Sniper Hill,” a notoriously heavily guarded gate that is about as close as you can get to the base before being turned around or arrested. They arrived back at the camping area early Friday morning, with no reported arrests.

Two Dutch men were arrested for attempting to get into the area on September 10.

The first official attempt at a raid by the group of people who have gathered in the Nevada desert is scheduled to take place at 3 a.m. PST on Friday and a second one is planned for noon.

“If we Naruto run, we can move faster than their bullets. Lets see them aliens,” the Facebook event urged. The government has warned that anyone who attempted to get into Area 51 will be arrested.
