Same Judge Amy Berman Jackson Who Tossed Manafort in Solitary – Allows Mueller to File Manafort Breach Document Under Seal

Posted on 07 December 2018

Robert Mueller filed Paul Manafort’s brief under seal Friday so we may never know what Trump’s former campaign manager said to breach his plea deal with the special counsel.

Judge Amy Berman Jackson, a corrupt Obama appointee allowed Mueller to keep the Manafort breach document a secret. A redacted version may still be released to the public.

Mueller’s move to keep this document under seal is to keep President Trump in the dark, says former US Attorney Terree Bowers.

USA Today reported:

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson decided Friday to allow Mueller to file the document under seal. A redacted version of the document, with a portion of the explanation, might still be filed.

Terree Bowers, a former U.S. attorney in Los Angeles now in private practice at Arent Fox, said keeping the filing under seal is part of Mueller’s classical investigative approach of starting with subordinates then moving higher up the chain of command.

“It suggests that the overwhelming majority of the document, if not all of it, is confidential information that they don’t want out at this point in the investigation,” Bowers said.

Because Manafort has a joint defense agreement with Trump, the move could also limit what is shared with the president, Bowers said.

Mueller says Manafort lied on five separate issues during his cooperation, including his “contact with administration officials.”

Last Monday Mueller accused Trump’s former campaign Chairman Paul Manafort of breaching his plea deal by lying to investigators.

The treatment of Paul Manafort by the Deep State, FBI and Obama thugs in the judiciary has shocked Americans.

In July of 2017, the FBI busted down Manafort’s door with guns drawn in a pre-dawn raid of his home while him and his wife were asleep.

Amy Berman Jackson, a corrupt Obama-appointed judge threw Manafort into solitary confinement while he awaited his trials even though he posted an $11.65 million bail package.

Mueller’s prosecutors rested their case in August on day 10 of the bank fraud and tax evasion trial against Paul Manafort which played out in an Alexandria, VA courtroom.

In September, Manafort pleaded guilty to two felony conspiracy charges in the DC case and agreed to fully cooperate with Robert Mueller as part of a plea deal.

Manafort appeared in a wheelchair in a courtroom in October where he learned he will be sentenced on February 8th.

Judge T.S. Ellis was also set to dismiss the 10 charges on which the jury was unable to reach a verdict during the trial over the summer.

Mueller’s prosecutors, however, were able to bring those charges back had Manafort not cooperated in the meantime which would increase Manafort’s jail time. It appears that is what Mueller’s strategy is here by claiming Manafort lied to investigators.

In the meantime, King Robert Mueller is roving around in secret virtually without any oversight.
