Trump-Russia Witch Hunt Expands YET AGAIN As Mueller Probes New Meetings In Seychelles

Posted on 10 April 2018

A new report reveals the Trump-Russia witch hunt has expanded yet again with special counsel Robert Mueller now probing additional meeting in the Seychelles.

NJ.com reports:

The sources said several of those meetings took place around the same time as another meeting in the Seychelles between Erik Prince, founder of the security company Blackwater, Kirill Dmitriev, the director of one of Russia’s sovereign wealth funds, and Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, the effective ruler of the United Arab Emirates (also known as “MBZ”). Details of that earlier meetingwere first reported by the Washington Post last year. […]

The inquiry into the meetings in the Seychelles suggests there is growing interest on the Mueller team in whether foreign financing, specifically from Gulf states, has influenced President Trump and his administration.

Documents obtained by this reporter, and interviews with those familiar with the probe, suggest Mueller is also looking at other foreign influencers, including individuals from Russia and from Saudi Arabia.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Mueller is already investigating whether Prince misled the House Intelligence Panel over a meeting he had in the Seychelles in January of 2017.

CNN reported:

In testimony last November before the panel, Erik Prince was questioned extensively about the January 2017 Seychelles meeting and whether it was an attempt to set up secret communications between the Trump administration and Russia. As Prince furiously denied that was the case, he also did not reveal that George Nader — a Lebanese-American businessman and Middle East specialist with ties to the Trump team — also attended at least one meeting there, raising fresh questions among Democrats about whether Prince misled the panel when testifying under oath.

Prince, a Trump associate and brother of Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, disclosed to the committee that he had met with United Arab Emirates officials and a Russian banker, Kirill Dmitriev, during that trip.

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) recently told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that reports about Nader are “inconsistent” with Prince’s testimony before his committee.

Rep. Peter King (R-NY) calls the charge “bullsh*t.”
