I am a Constitutionalist and, in my mind, Obama has to present his birth
Certificate to the Supreme Court to prove that he is eligible for the
Presidency. If Obama is a Muslim I cannot help wondering if there was a
coup to take our land, our well-being and our freedom from us Bin Laden
predicted the fall of American from within and he sounds like a man with a
plan to me. Thus, Obama himself, is the October suprise, not a terrorist
attack, but a Muslim Manchurian Candidate.

An update on the proceedings would be nice. The latest entry shows the court granting some type of dismissal of the amended claim, but I’m not sure what that means to this whole process.
And why is this not prominently featured on your home page? Do you no longer believe in the merit of the lawsuit? It seems after listening to Mr. Berg, that the citizenship issues should be easy to resolve. What is taking so long? Can’t this be sorted out before election day?

A lawsuit has been filed with the Pennsylvania Eastern District Court requiring Mr. Obama to produce documents to prove he is constitutionally qualified to run for President. So far Mr. Obama has refused to produce the documents and is trying to fight the court order to produce the documents. Any American should be able to prove citizenship in less than a day. Why can’t Mr. Obama?

What do you mean that the GOP scrubbed this from there website? If they did, than they are a bunch of woosy wimps. McCain has shown his supporters that he has no backbone, that he is scared of Obama, praising him as a nice upstanding guy!

Thanks for posting this video. I posted it at my blog yesterday at 4:29 PM and also linked it at Real Clear Politics. Some time between 10:30 and 11:00 PM it was SCRUBBED from the RCP website. Concerned citizens MUST keep this video in the public eye.

It is troubling that Obama’s campaign doesn’t care if we find out about his association with ACORN, his support of infanticide or his deep connections with Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers but they go to great lengths to quash any reference to his birth certificate.

Why won’t Obama provide a “vault” copy of this birth certificate? What is being hidden from the American public? Let’s stand guard over liberty together.

The information presented is very detailed. A federal lawsuit is basically asking him to provide his documentation and unfortunately, he is not. I wish he would so it would put this story to bed. The information above explains that the birth certificate was a forgery, thus being presented as real.
